Jason Miller
President & Managing Partner
Jason brings a wealth of leadership experience and commitment to excellence to MAKHub. With a background that includes two combat tours in Afghanistan and service in the Pentagon, he has a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving results. As a consultant for the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, Jason established a transformative system of record digitization and automation that allowed veterans greater access to necessary services. His work as a Director of Sales Operations in the software industry has given Jason extensive experience in project management and contract negotiation. As a veteran and Purple Heart recipient, Jason has a passion for serving those around him and utilizing his expertise to create actionable solutions.
Eran Aladjem
CTO & Managing Partner
As a managing partner at Avilamb and RedBrick Technologies, Eran has led successful customer engagement projects for over 20 years. His extensive background in technical sales has given Eran an in-depth understanding of client needs and available solutions. Eran specializes in CRM automation and management stemming from his work as a Regional Director of CRM Practice. As an expert consultant in the software industry, he has helped organizations of all sizes maximize their potential through the use of innovative technologies. His recent leadership as CTO at Avilamb has propelled the company to success and assisted numerous clients to discover solutions. Throughout his career, Eran has been committed to putting clients first and strives for excellence in all his endeavors.

Johnny Khan is a visionary leader and one of the founders of MAKHub Solutions. With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, Johnny has spent his career focused on building companies and mobilizing the right teams to deliver on large IT-enterprise-missions. As an advisor for the U.S. Department for Veteran Affairs, over the last decade, Johnny provided strategic advice and consulting for numerous modernization initiatives to streamline Veteran benefits, healthcare and serve our veterans. Under his leadership, Avilamb has developed and provided enterprise-cutting-edge solutions to various federal agencies aimed at accomplishing the mission of integrated-customer-centricity. Johnny has a passion for social impact and is personally committed to the values of excellence, partnership, giving-back, and diversity.
